The Gay and Lesbian Business Association has adopted the following primary goals and directions. The GLBA:

1) Acts as a forum for the exchange of ideas among its members and others, as well as a network for the development of business contacts.

2) Publishes an annual directory and maintains an internet directory of businesses and professionals who are members and who are supportive of the gay and lesbian community.

3) Lends support to worthy causes in the gay and lesbian community and the community at large.

4) Publishes a newsletter for its members informing them of events conducted and endorsed by the Association.

5) Provides a public voice for its members on issues which the Association has the knowledge, ability and credibility to speak.

6) Holds social events for meeting and networking with other GLBA members and guests.
